The Downside Of Being Outsourced

I’ve written about being outsourced to before, and it really didn’t affect me too much back then, but now it’s really starting to hit me hard. For the past month or so I’ve been taking on boatloads of outsourced work, and thanks to screwy contracts and indecisive clients I rarely get paid on time. As of the time of writing at least two projects I expected payment for by now have iehter been prolonged or denied payment, and with the Holiday Season in full swing this has left a major hole in my wallet.

So from now on I’ve decided to write my own contracts and, if possible, take on all work by myself, instead of contracting my clients through an outside partner. Now all I need to do is finish up my portfolio and I’m ready to go at freelancing full time. Wish me luck.
